We know times are changing quickly and you might have to change your plans. You can check our booking policy below and let us know if we can help.

  • Prepaid a stay, normally your reservation cannot be refunded or amended, but if you've been affected by COVID-19 or UK government restrictions, please get in touch with us here.
  • Flexible stays, you can change your reservation online up to 2 pm on the day of arrival, using your order number. You can find this within your confirmation email.
  • Booked via 3rd party, please head to your original booking point to find out your options. Normally, you'll be able to find contact options in your confirmation email.

Some of our services have changed

Keeping guests and our team safe is our number one priority. We've made several changes to how we operate to meet our high safety standards.

General changes

When we reopen, you will find several changes to signage, staff wearing PPE and hand sanitizers for usage throughout the hotel. We request that guests wear PPE when moving around the hotel and to maintain social distancing with other guests.

On arrival, we ask that in addition to checking in with reception, that you check in using the NHS COVID-19 app too. You will be able to checkout without contact with our staff members using express checkout by the reception areas.

Changes to your room

Within your room, we've removed any loose collateral such as marketing material and items such as newspapers, bathrobes and slippers and complimentary mini-bars.

Changes to restaurants and bars

From the 16th December, our restaurants and bars will have to close to adhere to London's Tier 4 restriction. We'll be able to offer a contact-free room service to guests.

Changes to how you use meeting spaces

Under London's Tier 4 restrictions, we are no longer able to offer the use of our meeting spaces. If you had a space booked, please contact us here.

We hope to offer our safe meeting spaces again soon.

Changes to facilities

Some of our facilities are currently closed such as gyms, business centres and executive lounges. Facilities may vary between each hotel.

We've also increased our rigorous disinfecting and cleaning frequency to help stop the spread of the virus.
