Do you have rooms that have services for those with disabilities?

All of our hotels provide accessible rooms that can be booked in advance (subject to availability). Please contact the hotel for further information. 

Are your hotels accessible with a wheelchair?

All of our hotels are accessible by wheelchair; our reception team will be happy to assist.

Please note - The Grosvenor Hotel is a grade II listed building with steps at the main entrance. Wheelchair access to this hotel is via the Victoria Station entrance, where there is a chair lift. 

If I arrive early will my room be ready?

We cannot guarantee your room will be ready if you arrive early, however, our helpful 24-hour concierge will be able to store your luggage if you want to head out for the day and enjoy the sights.

Car Parking

Is there car parking at your hotel?

Car parking facilities vary across our Guoman hotels. Please see below for the relevant car parking information for your hotel. 

The Tower Hotel: Car parking is available for £3 per hour or £25 for 24 hours. If the car park is full, the alternative car park is the Minories Car Park, located 0.3 miles away and is approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The Grosvenor Hotel: There is no onsite parking at The Grosvenor Hotel, car parking is available at NCP London Victoria, Semley Place SW1W 9QL. 24 hours costs from £46.00, however as guests of The Grosvenor Hotel you can benefit from a 40% discount applied at the concierge. If you pre-book the parking space online, you will not be entitled to the discount.

The Royal Horseguards: No onsite parking is available at The Royal Horseguards Hotel. The nearest car park is Q Park Car Park, Spring Gardens, Trafalgar Square, SW1A 2BN and costs £42 for 24 hrs. Valet service is also available at £110 for 24 hrs.

What time am I able to check in?

Check-in time is from 3 pm. If you would like to arrange an earlier check-in time, please mention this at the time of booking (fee may apply).

What time should I check out by? 

Check out time is 12 pm. If you would like to arrange for a later checkout time, please mention this at the time of booking (fee may apply).

If I arrive early will my room be ready?

Children & Extra Beds

Do children stay free?

Children 12 years or younger can stay for free with an adult in existing bedding. Children aged 13 and over are charged as a 3rd person.

Do you provide cots or extra beds for children at Guoman Hotels?

We provide cots free of charge and can be arranged when making your booking. Some of our rooms are also family rooms with sofa beds.

If you need an extra bed, there is a charge of £50 per night for The Tower Hotel or a charge of £60 per night for The Royal Horseguards Hotel.

Is breakfast free for children?

Children up to 12 years old dine free with each paying adult.

Any additional children are charged breakfast at the below prices:

  • Children up to 5 years eat free
  • Children 6 to 12 years charged at £8
  • Children 13 years or older charged full price

For lunch and dinner we offer children menus at some of our hotels. We don't currently offer any additional discounts for children for lunch and dinner.

Room & Hotel Facilities

Can I request a view or a specific room?

Please mention your specific requirements at the time of making your reservation. Whilst we will do our very best to accommodate you, all requests will be subject to availability.  

The Tower Hotel: Rooms with views of the Tower Bridge must be booked as a separate room category to guarantee this. Alternatively, the request would be noted and only actioned depending on availability.

What facilities can I expect in a Guoman Hotel?

The Grosvenor, The Tower and The Royal Horseguards have 24-hour reception, fast and free wi-fi, 24-hour room service, express checkout service and a bar and restaurant with British and European inspired menus.

Do your hotels have gym facilities?

Yes. Hotel guests at The Grosvenor, The Tower and The Royal Horseguards have access to the gym facilities.

Luggage Room

Can I store luggage prior to check in? 

Our concierge desk will be able to store your luggage prior to check in. You can also store your luggage for the day after you check out.

Can I smoke in my room?

All of our hotels operate a strict no-smoking policy in line with UK Smoking legislation. Please note this also applies to electronic cigarettes (e-cigs and vaping). 

Wifi

Do your hotels have wifi?

Fast, free wifi is available in all bedrooms and public areas.

COVID-19 Update

How are Guoman Hotels preventing COVID-19 infections?

We are taking your safety and the safety of our colleagues as a priority. That's why we've been hard at work creating new steps and guides to minimise the risk of infection.

Will I have to social distance at Guoman Hotels?

We are asking our guests and colleagues to maintain social distance in line with the UK government. This will mean you should stay at least 2 metres of someone. We've added signage and floor markings to aid everyone. We're also making sure our colleagues behind the scenes are socially distancing too.

Do I have to wear PPE?

As a guest, you won't be required to wear PPE, but you are more than welcome to do so. Our colleagues will be wearing PPE to minimise the risk of the virus spreading. We've been identifying areas where this is especially important.

Are hand sanitisers available for me?

Hand sanitisers are available for guests and colleagues to use. We also have ample bathroom facilities where you can safely wash your hands with soap and warm water.

How will Guoman Hotels ensure all surfaces are safe?

We understand the importance of hygiene in hotels, so we've stepped up our already rigorous cleaning standards and are now ensuring effective disinfectants are being used for COVID-19. We'll also be focusing on areas where surfaces are touched regularly.

What changes are there to how I check-in and out?

We've had to make some changes to ensure you can stay with us safely and comfortably. You'll be able to express check-out and we'll also be offering contact-free room service. There will also be signage and guides in the hotel to help you.

Will restaurants reopen at Guoman Hotels?

Unfortunately, our wonderful restaurants and bars will be closed initially. But we'll still be able to offer you contact-free room service.

Will you guide me through the hotel safely?

It's important for us to make you comfortable and safe as possible, so we've added signage, guides and trained all of our colleagues in COVID-19 prevention.
