Hotel chain checks-in management trainees

UK hotel chain Thistle and Guoman Hotels is on the look out for its next group of recruits to join its highly successful Management Training Programme.

During the 12 month programme trainees will work alongside experienced managers across all departments, experiencing first hand the entire operation.

Trainees will also receive specialist training in their chosen area and may even be considered for their first management position.

The programme is work orientated training and is designed for people who are passionate about pursuing a career involving hospitality management.

Rachelle Prior, director of human resources said, "Thistle and Guoman Hotels is growing and developing as a company. We are continually raising our standards and require the best talent to become our managers of the future."

Each recruit is assigned a mentor to help gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed as a leader. They will also be given the opportunity to play a key leadership role in exciting local and company events.
