At The Cumberland, our Brasserie restaurant offers innovative cuisine in elegant surroundings, while our bars are lively, informal places in which to meet and relax, at any time of day or night.

Bars at The Cumberland

When the day’s over, head for the Patrón Bar, where you can sample a wide selection of beers, wines and cocktails, as well as the world-famous tequila from which it takes its name. The Kua Bar & Lounge is our friendly all-day bar – the perfect place for informal meetings, or a light snack any time.

The Carbon Bar is intimate and atmospheric, with a unique designer-industrial design featuring exposed metal beams and gantries, lots of wood, graphics and mood lighting, and the amazing Chain Room. Some of Europe’s top DJs play here on Friday and Saturday nights, when the doors stay open till 3am.
