The Market is a modern buffet restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner or an A’ la Carte menu freshly cooked to order. The consistently changing menu is fresh International cuisine with modern British influences and has been created by our Executive Chef Lester Lv. Typical dishes include goose liver with spicy banana bread and fig compote, Pan-seared lemon and basil scented sole fillet, potato cake and arugula salad and green tea parfait with apricot, rice pudding and black currant. With this wealth of experience, he creates a dining experience you won’t forget.
