Our Corporate charity - Springboard
We support Springboard, it is the only dedicated UK wide charity helping people move into worthwhile and sustainable careers across the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry.
The Springboard Charity helps young, unemployed and disadvantaged people improve their prospects for economic well-being. The Springboard Charity provide opportunities for sustainable employment, or vibrant careers in hospitality, leisure and tourism.
Springboard has a range of programmes that help unemployed and underprivileged people, those facing challenges through no fault of their own, and those most ‘at risk’ of long term unemployment or even a life of crime.
Springboard provides a pipeline of support including: education and learning activities in schools, free specialist careers advice and guidance, skills development, pre-employment training, work experience guidance into sustainable employment and post-employment mentoring. Essentially, The Springboard Charity equip people with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to achieve their potential.
