Our function rooms on the first floor of The Grosvenor Hotel, all named after famous luxury trains from around the world, offer suitably grand setting for your big occasion. Our largest function room, the magnificent Orient Suite, seats up to 100 guests for a wedding breakfast; the splendid Viceroy Room is a more intimate space, suitable for smaller parties.

We believe that on this of all days, you should be able to have exactly what you want. Our selection of function rooms allows you to choose precisely the space, ambiance and facilities your guest-list and wedding theme demand.

For a small, intimate gathering, we recommend The Viceroy Room, seating just 30 people for banqueting. For a grander reception, the magnificent Orient Suite has space for up to 150 guests and, with its high ceilings, glittering chandeliers and authentic period details, a real sense of theatre.
