Join Grand Imperial London's resident mixologist Simao to get a taste of SW1's newest drink sensation - the Boba cocktail.

Grand Imperial London is hosting an evening of Boba cocktail making on Wednesday 3 August from 6pm.

Grand Imperial’s bar tender, Simao, will be creating a range of refreshing summer cocktails bursting with fruitiness. Featured in each cocktail is the latest craze from Taiwan, boba tapioca - delicate translucent pearls containing fruity flavoured juices. As each miniature ball is captured in between sips these tasty spheres pop in the mouth to release a flavoursome explosion on the tongue. 

The evening includes tastings of Grand Imperial's latest drinkand a session with audience participation teaching you how to create the perfect concoction.  An invigorating and fun drink making session but don’t move your straw around too much, you might inadvertently pop some of the boba!
