When you join us as a new recruit, you will complete an initial induction period, during which you’ll be fully supported by your line manager and a buddy to help you settle into your new role. Most of your training will be done on the job, but we do offer quality training to support your career development.
Of course hospitality is hard work, it’s not 9 to 5, we work shifts and they sometimes start very early or finish very late at night, we work 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
